Students must present their in-app Digital ID / QR ticket when boarding for supervisor verification. Pass is strictly non-transferable.

2. Schedules & Meeting Points
Students must arrive at their boarding point at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled departure. Buses adhere strictly to timetables.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is requested within 1 month of payment prior to the academic year, 10% is deducted. If cancelled within 1 month after academic year start, 50% is deducted; non-refundable thereafter.
4. Bus Conduct & Safety
Students must follow supervisor and driver instructions, maintain cleanliness and respect safety guidelines during transit.
5. Account Responsibility
Students are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and must report any unauthorized access immediately.
