How BUA Bus collects, uses, protects, and securely manages your personal data.
2. Purpose of Data Use
Your information is used to generate your Digital ID (QR code), allocate bus seats, confirm boarding with supervisors, and notify you regarding schedule updates or alerts.
3. Data Security & Encryption
All data is stored on secure cloud servers using modern HTTPS/SSL encryption. Passwords are cryptographically hashed and cannot be viewed by any staff member.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or disclose personal data to any commercial third parties. Information is strictly utilized by BUA Transport Administration.
5. User Rights & Account Deletion
Students have full right to update their contact details or delete/deactivate their account anytime directly from within the app, which immediately revokes active sessions.
